COMMON AREAS FRIENDLY REMINDERposted March 17, 2010 Please be respectful of the common areas in the neighborhood. When playing at the playground, please use the equipment appropriately. Please DO NOT flip the swings up and over the top cross bars. This is unsafe and could be dangerous in trying to do so. Additionally, please try to keep all trash picked up at the common areas. This does include the common area across from the playground. It is unsightly when empty pop bottles, wrappers, and clothing are left laying about. The trash bin at the playground will begin being emptied weekly or on an as-needed basis. SOCIAL COMMITTEE CALLING posted March 17, 2010 We are in the need for volunteers for the neighborhood social committee. This committee puts together the annual Hog Roast, 4th of July Bike parade, and possibly a few functions at the pool. NEW NEIGHBORHOOD DIRECTORY UPDATEposted March 17, 2010 The new neighborhood directory is nearing completion. The directory is in the final proofing stages and should be printed soon. Please watch for the directory to arrive soon. For those that are new to the neighborhood, this is a directory listing addresses and phone numbers. The directory will also list useful information such as pool hours and board information. 2010 Homeowner's Association Dues to Remain the Sameposted January 18, 2010 We are very pleased to announce that the amount for 2010 Homeowners' Association Dues will remain the same, $390. Ardsley Management will be sending out the annual dues notices in the near future. The due date will be March 1st. You will have until March 31st to pay the dues without the assessment of a late fee. If you are unable to pay your association dues, please contact Ardsley to set-up a payment plan. |
