WRPOA Board Meetings Now Quarterly

The Board has determined that there is no longer a need to meet monthly, now that Ardsley Management Company is in place to handle day to day issue for the Association.  Effective immediately, Board Meetings will be held quarterly.  Meetings will be held the second Tuesday in January, April, July, and October, with the October meeting designated as the Association's Annual Meeting.
